Kelly and Jesse wedding was held in the beautiful castle di Santa Maria Novella in the heart of the Chianti region in Tuscany. It is a very special retreat to organize an unique event at only 30 minutes from the main cities (Florence and Siena) and the beautiful charming villages of the inner Tuscan countryside such as Certaldo and San Gimignano.
The castle estate is a working farm of 250 acres of vineyards and olive groves! Kelly and Jesse loved this venue at first sight! They were looking for a very typical, family run, farmhouse which actually this castle is! The incredible views at 360° overl the Chianti hill is absolutely a great plus as well as the opportunity to sleep both families and closest friends in nice country style funirshed rooms.
The program of the long weekend was rich of events as they really wished to enjoy Tuscany in deep: wine tastings, visits to celebrated wine cellars and olive farms and every night a special dinner was organized at the grounds of the castle! An immersion in food and wines and Tuscan culture!
