Gabrielle and Marco

An authentic experience in the sunny south

Villa Cimbrone at its utmost elegant

This love story has every right to be told.

With Gabrielle and Marco our team of wedding experts could head down the south coast, to one of our very favorite little lively corners, Ravello. When you're flying all the way from across the ocean for an Italian experience of a destination wedding, you want to know that what you'll get will wow your guests and leave memories of Stile Italiano for years to come.

Gab and Marco gave our team a vision that spoke of soft tones and simple lines of elegance, which complemented the sentimental style of Villa Cimbrone in such a charming way.  Sleek and modern, with the purposed traditional flavour of the smoking jackets and bridal white long veil.

The vision

Gab and Marco's notes

With the intention of securing that this large destination wedding would have a smooth planning and later coordination, we appointed our two senior planners Sonia and Fede to the job. We knew that every step of the process would be curated, and any potential inconvenience fixed fast and efficiently.

The couple's vision focused on authenticity and real flavours, and Gabrielle knew that the most memorable way to get the guests involved and entertained was to stretch the celebrations to a longer local stay. We were happy to hear that all guests who RSVP'ed confirmed their three-day holiday presence on site. This could leave room to propose a more low-key welcome dinner in one of the local restaurants of Ravello, and after the big wedding gather the people again for a day-after brunch idea.

This way, the program would not require any one to leave Ravello and every location would be reached on foot - what could be more authentic than that?

In all probability, plan A and B would be secured in the outside garden with open view to the blue seas on the frontal coast. The lush contour of greenery works really well in more formal contexts, and encourages guests to a peaceful and more relaxed engagement, especially during the other wedding moments.

The five deal breakers for Gabrielle and Marco

  • Location: exclusive and extra luxurious
  • Ceremony: symbolic
  • Venue: great for entertaining their large group
  • Guests: 110
  • Mood: black tie, traditional elegance

The action plan

How did we pull it off

We were overjoyed with the final results of this destination wedding, a beautiful co-creation that brought big smiles to the wedding party.

Especially when the mums look impressed.

Chandeliers and glass elements, pale pink English roses, jazz and white hellebore, everything echoed uninterrupted beauty.

And can we stop for a moment in awe thinking back at the stunning ceiling draped with lush floral decorations? The crypt looked like a fairytale landscape.

As soon as the night stars started to glimmer, the gowns went flying around the dancefloor to the tunes of an incredible 12-man band out of London, who got the party going until late morning hours.

Gab and Marco, we absolutely loved to help you bring your wedding vision to life!
