A bit about Alide

Born and raised in San Daniele del Friuli, a land famous for its culinary delights and world-renowned prosciutto, Alide is our Team Support Planning (or, as we like to call her, our unstoppable caterpillar). After a career in Operations, Alide fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a real-life princess by joining the world she adores the most. 

With a degree in languages, she seamlessly supports couples in English, German, and French, making their wedding planning journey as smooth and joyful as possible.

Alide’s love for rhythm and movement later led her to Caribbean dance, while her passion for languages sparked her studies in English, German, French, and Spanish, dreaming of travelling the world. 

Though her path took a different turn, her curiosity and empathetic nature shine through in all her interactions. She spent four years working in retail to fund her studies, developing a keen eye for fashion, beauty, and all things elegant, paired with her innate warmth and ability to connect with others. A smile and a kind word, she believes, can transform anyone’s day—and she lives by this mantra.

Passions & Life

Her professional journey has taken her through various back-office roles in commercial settings, both in Italy and abroad, allowing her to "travel with her mind" when physical adventures weren’t possible. Alide pours her heart and passion into everything she does, leaving her unique mark.

At home, Alide shares a wonderful life with her partner of 12 years, after another 12 as best friends. Together, they have two beautiful children, Giada and Lucas, whom she describes as her greatest achievements. A devoted and affectionate mother, Alide treasures family cuddles, surprises, and moments of joy.

When she’s not working or spending time with loved ones, Alide finds happiness in shopping and seaside escapes—the ocean brings her a sense of peace and serenity she cherishes deeply. Sociable and outgoing, she values genuine connections and the simple beauty of human interaction.

Volley Ball and Disney

The eldest of three sisters, Alide grew up surrounded by love, raised by youthful and lively parents who instilled in her a deep sense of family and rooted values. From an early age, she was independent, responsible, and reliable—a natural leader. Her childhood was filled with Disney magic and volleyball courts, the latter shaping her character over 16 years of dedication, up to playing in Serie C. Volleyball taught her teamwork, discipline, and the importance of shared goals—a mindset she carries into everything she does.

Joining the passionate team at Wedding Italy has allowed Alide to embrace her inner Disney princess and step into a magical world where dreams come true. Now, she uses her skills and love for people to help craft unforgettable memories for couples on the most romantic day of their lives.
