The property was originally commissioned to be a wedding gift to a princess, and is set in an historically notable area, where poets and scholars used to meet looking for inspiration and tranquility.
The private setting and the green scenery that this venue offers, with bejeweled gardens sloping towards the lake make for a wonderful wedding scenario, where the bride can surprise the guests arriving by boat to the private pier.

Ideally suited for weddings with up to 170 guests, there are a couple of different options to design your outdoor ceremony. One is the villa’s terrace overlooking the lake and the other one is the secular park with swimming pool and adjacent English gardens filled with azaleas, rhododendrons, camelias, magnolias and hortensias.
The elegant indoor area and period halls facing the lake will provide you with an equally beautiful alternative for all weathers.
The main building includes a large kitchen which is available for your reception, with free choice of external catering. The villa is avaiable for exclusive rental only, from March to October.

Onsite accommodation is provided in 6 suites sleeping up to 16 guests, ideal to arrange accommodation for your closest friends and family, with other guests sleeping in hotels and b&bs in the nearby area.
Civil weddings can be officiated directly on the grounds of the villa, offering the chance for a breathtaking waterfront ceremony while Catholic weddings can be arranged in the neighboring town of Stresa, just 6 km away from the villa.
The nearest airport is Milan's, 40 km away.
